The South Australian Microprocessor Group (SAMG) seeks to bring together people with an interest in advancing the knowledge and application of small computing systems and related technologies. Its members range from students to retired persons and include technicians, engineers and scientists as well as members of the general public who share an interest in these areas.
The SAMG is interested in the application of electronics, computers and software to Industry, Business, Education, Science and Recreation.
Membership of the group is open to anyone who shares the group’s interests.
Meetings are usually held on the 2nd Friday of each month at WEA in Angas Street, Adelaide starting at 7:30pm.
A hands on workshop is held on the 4th Friday of each month.
Meeting location: WEA “Cottage B” 223 Angas St, Adelaide starting at 7:00pm. Cottage B is just to the left of the main WEA building.
Meeting Date: Unless notified the SAMG meetings are held on the 2nd Friday of each month.
The exceptions are:-
If Easter occurs on the 2nd Friday of the month then the meeting is held on the 3rd Friday.
- December meeting is 1st Friday if 2nd Friday is too close to Xmas.

Annual Registration Fee: $10 per year to be paid prior to each calendar year in the period June to December.
